This is a loose concept album about chronic pain. It is a weird, playful and hopefully immersive soundtrack that captures the day to day experiences I've had with multiple stomach conditions. Some of these I've had since birth and some the result of long-term anxiety and alcohol abuse. It's not all doom and gloom, and I've tried to balance buzzing drone and ambient sounds with some legit danceable jams as well!
